(Cats disclaimer: At this time we do not have the individual Cats unitards available. The are awaiting much needed refurbishing. We do have the specialty cats: Grizabella, Deuteronomy, Gumby Cat, Bustopher Jones, Mr. Mistoffeles, Gus, and Macavity.)

RATES ARE FOR ONE FULL COSTUME, INCLUDING ALL PIECES AND ACCESSORIES.
SHOES, TIGHTS, UNDERGARMENTS, WIGS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
SOME SPECIALTY COSTUMES ARE PRICED AT A SEPARATE RATE.
COSTUME PLOTS AND PHOTOS ARE AVAILABLE.
RENTAL POLICIES
Payment:
Payment in full must be made prior to shipment of costumes.
Deposit:
A refundable amount of one-half (1/2) the amount of the rental must be submitted prior to shipment of costumes. This amount will be refunded, less shipping costs, cleaning costs, and payment for damages, upon return of the costumes. An additional depost may be necessary for specialty costumes, or for rentals in which the deposit would not meet necessary expenses.
The deposit for any rentals of $100 and under will be equal to the total of the rental fee.
Ordering Time :
Please allow us at least 30 days to put your show together (between the time you order the show and when it must be shipped to meet your dress rehearsal and performance dates). This will give us optimum time to do the best job for you, to do any alterations and adjustments that are needed, and to get our other work done as well.
Rush Charge:
Show requests received with less than 30 days between ordering and shipping times are subject to a rush service charge.
Measurements:
The customer must supply accurate measurements for their performers. These will be followed to give you the best costume choice for that character and actor. Measurement charts are available on this page. Please provide as much information as possible when supplying measurements, including height, weight, dress/suit size, etc.
PLEASE BE ACCURATE! The fit of your costumes depends upon the accuracy of your measurements.

Alterations:
Show requests received with less than 30 days between ordering and shipping times are subject to a rush service charge.
Repairs:
Minor repairs may be done, in a manner that will not alter the original look and quality of the garment. For extensive repairs, contact The Mac-Haydn Theatre for instructions. A charge for any damage due to improper repair methods will be deducted from the deposit.
Cleaning:
All costumes are to be returned WITHOUT cleaning or laundering. If cleaning or laundering is necessary during the run of the show, instructions will be sent with the costumes. These MUST BE FOLLOWED -- a charge for any damage due to improper cleaning or laundering will be deducted from the deposit.
Shipping:
All costumes will be shipped UPS Ground service, unless otherwise instructed, or unless another method if necessary for time purposes. Shipping costs will be deducted fro the deposit amount.
The costumes are to be insured when return shipping. The amount for this will be noted on the invoice copy.
Just a word about our costumes for your show ...
Our costumes are indeed dazzling, dynamic, and delightful!
They will look terrific in your show. Most are one-of-a-kind creations from the talented designers and crew who create them for our shows.
However, while these are one-of-a-kind styles, they are also in most cases literally one-of-a-kind. Since they are all built for our own shows, we do not have multiple sets and sizes of the costumes. We have the number of pieces that were used in our show. This means that for featured characters, there is only one of each costume. Chorus costumes range from three or four to 10 or 12 pieces in any one style.
The costumes are also built to fit our performers, who in most cases are not large sizes. Most things for women are in the 8-12 size range; for men, in small to medium. We do have some larger things, but these are mainly for the character roles. There is a little room for alteration built into most pieces, but we cannot make a size 10 fit a size 20. We can do minor alterations to fit your people, but we do not do construction and/or extensive alterations.
We do have many options to work with you to put a stunning show on your stage.
What we can do for you depends a great deal on the show and your casting. Since we have done many shows more than one time, and since we have such a large stock, there are often choices for some costumes.
We have made many people joyously satisfied with how their show looked! Man of La Mancha, Camelot, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Kiss Me Kate, La Cage Aux Folles, to name just a few.
We will rent from a minumum of five (5) costumes to an entire show, and will also rent many individual specialty pieces. Many places have augmented their own stock with our things. Joseph's coat for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the chorus girls adorable dance outfits for Crazy For You, kilts and a colonial suit for Brigadoon, tuxedos for Titanic are some of the most recent.
